Olive Branch Wellness provides RN-led home nursing and personal support across Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford, Haldimand County and Niagara, and birth doula support across a smaller area closer to home.
We are a local team. Our nurses and personal support workers live in the region, and we build care around the needs, routines and schedule of your family. Our Director of Care, a registered nurse, personally oversees every nursing and personal support plan.

Our doula area is smaller than our nursing area, and that is on purpose. There are two of us, and we want to be able to reach you quickly when you call.
Coming home from hospital
A hospital discharge can come together quickly, while arranging the right care at home takes time. If you are coming home with equipment you have only recently learned to use, get in touch as early as you can. The sooner we start, the more likely we are to have nurses with the right experience available when you need them.
We support families coming home from hospitals across Hamilton, Brantford, Haldimand and Niagara.
